SAF106 ACCIDENT / INCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Students will be introduced to basic incident/accident investigation procedures and will learn incident/accident analysis techniques. The target audience is the employer, manager, employee, or employee representative who is involved in conducting incident/accident investigations. Students will learn:
- Definitions and variances
- The reasons for conducting investigations
- The roles and responsibilities associated with the investigations
- Incident/accident models and processes
- Reporting preparedness
- System improvement
