AHA120 PALS PROVIDER – INITIAL

PALS Initial has a prerequisite of the knowledge of current BLS skills, completion of the Pre-Course Assessment in book with a 70% grade or greater and have book present at class.  This class is for healthcare providers and emergency responders who respond to emergencies for infants and children.

AHA120R PALS PROVIDER – RENEWAL

Renewal of the 2-year PALS initial course, for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children, personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units.

OC120 HEARTCODE® PALS ONLINE – PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT

HeartCode® PALS is an online comprehensive eLearning program that uses eSimulation technology to allow students to assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. In this environment, students apply their knowledge to real-time decision-making and skills development. To enter the course, students must complete the PALS Precourse Self-Assessment. Students are then presented with 12 In-hospital patient cases and a team dynamics lesson.

SK120 PALS  – SKILL CHECK

Blended learning, the skills check is performed on-site once the on-line portion is completed.  This course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children, personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care, and critical care units.

AHA121 PALS INSTRUCTOR – INITIAL

Certifies the student to teach the American Heart Association (AHA) PALS provider course and the skills check. Designed to give strong PALS providers the skill, knowledge, and abilities to teach the AHA PALS provider course.

AHA121R PALS INSTRUCTOR – RENEWAL

Certifies the student to teach the American Heart Association (AHA) PALS provider course and the skills check. Designed to give strong PALS providers the skill, knowledge, and abilities to teach the AHA PALS provider course.

AHA122 PEARS PROVIDER

The PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization) course is designed for healthcare providers and others who might encounter pediatric emergency situations during their work, including: Nurse practitioners, Physician assistants, Emergency medical technicians, Respiratory therapists, etc.
